Yes, it is your own risk to decide on what price you are going to sell your players. Putting 1,2M immediatelly may be too much, and too low price may still be the price your player will be sold. Due to the low activity on markets there is no need to install some price reservation on players. Not yet.

Actually I like this system which is currently running there. It's manager's own decision whether they decide to train players or not, whether to win immediatelly or after few seasons. It also makes the game challenging, because you have to make good training plans in order to avoid dropping (yes, it is possible). Lowering morale and the difficulty of camping is one of the most interesting points of the game. Without it curamanager could be quite challengeless game. Maybe.

Assaults sound a bit scary, like losing more money for security :d
But I like this name of the game, so on my point of view you don't have to change it at all. |

It is very hard to keep a large squad of good players happy. If they are not playing every week they get annoyed and their moral drops. This makes it very hard when you have to rotate your squad a lot. They end up playing unhappy a lot of the time. If you could set a players expectation level at the start of the season the player will be happy to be a sub, or a fringe player. So when you do play them they will be happy. If you don't play a good player for a while and at the start of the season you set his expectation level to high, he would be sad. This would make it hard at the beginning to set all players expectation levels. It would test a players skill as a manager and add a new dimension to the game. I think anyway. If it was possible it would be a great addition. I plan to have some sort of night out etc as for the team morale |

There was a suggestion a while back from emjay about getting money for being promoted. I'm not sure if i mooted this idea before myself also but it is a good idea that should be followed up on. Each team should get money at the end of the year from 1 - 16. This is how all football leagues across the world operate and is an integral part of each league. Why it is not in this game is a wonder. It should really be brought in. It would make teams more competitive. At the end of the year when teams have little or nothing to play for, out of all the cups and 12th in the league, players will get bored. If there was an incentive to keep playing to win matches and get more money finishing 8th instead of 12th i think it would improve the game. Just an observation and a suggestion. Well it was part of the original socialist plan to have all team act as equal with equal money etc. Well it too started to fell a part but there actually is some extra money from positions. TV-Bonus gives you more money in the future if you end up 5th then ending up 6th. Also top 8 in each league get bonus 5k each round after round 20(?) and of course there is league bonus- |

Player moral starts at 100 and decreases if you camp. This makes it very hard to compete in the league and you end up losing games. You might drop a division or two. It takes about 4 years at least to develope a team by camping. This is very long and a lot of players are probably losing interest in the game because of it. If there was a way to increase player moral by like, sending them on a player night out or a social event as a team or a posh vacation to camp which would also increase the player attributes while on the camp. Each different way of increasing a players moral will be different in value. Mush like the current system for training camps and coach camps. Actually been planning this too, just never had time to do it |

Just a thought but as the tranfer list is much an auction i was thinking that if we could set a reserved price on a player just like in real auction it would be cool. If you put a player on the list for 1m and had a reserved price of 1.2m the player would not be transfered unless that 1.2m was met by the buying team. What do you think? I don't think there would be enough impact compared to the trouble of developing this. You could just ask for the 1.2M, of course after 2M there is a bit of a problem here |
